In these chaotic times, we will select the very best flowers sourced from our 'direct from grower' supply line to ensure the highest quality and most direct route. 

Shipping, please note free delivery on the Wirral on orders £25 and above, and free delivery Across the Uk on orders £25 and above. (certain areas excluded, eg. Channel Islands)

These bouquets will be varying by colour and flower and we will try our utmost to cater for your specific needs but please bear in mind that supplies of certain flowers are limited. 

Please note that due to the seasonal availability of flowers it may be necessary to vary individual stems from those shown. Our skilled florists may substitute flowers for one similar in style, quality and value. Where our designs include a sundry item like a vase or basket it may not always be possible to include the exact item as displayed. If such an occasion arises we will make every effort to replace the item with a suitable alternative.

 

Deliveries 

We deliver across the UK from Tuesday to Saturdays. 

The cut off for next day delivery is 9am due to the current restrictions that we are facing, but please ring the shop directly for local Next/ Same day delivery.

Spend £25 or above to get free delivery, or just £6 for delivery. Delivered by DHL 

Flowers will be delivered in a 'Just add Water' System, Just add 2 litres of water slowly to the bouquet.

The Big Flower Shop Rewards

We have recently upgraded our web shop so that way you can earn rewards for all sorts of things to get money off your favourite Bouquets.

How does it work?

Simply click the Pink Present in the bottom right and make sure that your account is enrolled to Rewards. Then start earning points that you can redeem for money off or free items.

What do I get points for?

You can earn points for all sorts of things! Here are some of the ways that you can earn them.

  • Buy something. For every £1 you spend you get 10 points.
  • Refer your friends! We double the love here, they get £5 off when they follow the link you can send them, and you get 500 points (equal to £5) after they've made their first purchase. This can be done with Facebook, Message,
  • SPECIAL Bonus points! At certain times of year and events you get get extra bonus points for buying specific products (eg. Our Easter bouquets came with an EXTRA 1000 points! Thats £10 off an order of your choosing!
  • Visit the store, just by visiting you get yourself 25 points to go towards your points bag.

Points mean Prizes!

Points lead to your money off vouchers. So far we've kept it pretty simple but there's some extra rewards coming soon.

  • 500 points = £5 off voucher
  • 1000 points = £10 off voucher

How to Redeem your points

Once you have enough points, Click the Redeem section Via the Pink Parcel, click copy on the code. Once youve made your selection head to the check out and press the 'Order summary'. Either they will have already been applied, or enter them into the Promo box.
